Moto-Tech LLC ("we," "us") runs mototechorlando.us and a motorcycle service shop at 1796 N Hiawassee Rd, Orlando, FL 32818. This policy explains what personal information we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Information you give us: name, email, phone, motorcycle details (year, make, model, mileage, VIN), and anything you include in a message or service request.
- Service records: work performed, parts used, estimates, approvals, invoices, and payment records.
- Website data: basic server logs (IP address, browser type, pages visited) kept for security and troubleshooting. The maintenance planner runs in your browser, and we don't store your answers.
How we use it
- To schedule and perform service, prepare estimates, and contact you for approvals and pickup.
- To keep a service history for your bike and handle warranty or comeback questions.
- To process payments and keep business and tax records.
- To respond to questions, complaints, and job applications.
- To send service reminders, but only if you ask for them. You can opt out at any time.
Sharing
We don't sell your personal information. We share it only with parts suppliers when ordering for your bike (usually just the VIN or model), payment processors, our email and website hosting providers, and authorities when required by law.
Vehicle information
Your VIN and bike details are used for parts lookup and service records. If a manufacturer recall applies to your bike, we may tell you so you can contact a dealer.
Retention and security
We keep service and invoice records for as long as needed for warranty, legal, and tax purposes, generally up to seven years. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is completely secure.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct, or delete your information, subject to records we must keep by law. Email support@mototechorlando.us.
Children
Our website isn't directed to children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We may update this policy and will change the effective date above when we do.
