Terms of Service
Effective October 15, 2026
These terms apply to mototechorlando.us and to service and repair work performed by Moto-Tech LLC ("we," "us"), 1796 N Hiawassee Rd, Orlando, FL 32818. Your signed repair order or written estimate controls if it conflicts with these terms.
Estimates and authorization
- We provide a written estimate before starting any paid work, as required by Florida law where applicable.
- We won't exceed the approved estimate by more than the amount permitted by law without your further approval by phone, text, or email.
- Diagnostic and teardown time is authorized separately. If the problem needs more time, we'll ask before continuing.
- You may ask for replaced parts to be returned, except parts that must go back to a supplier for warranty or core credit.
Parts
- We use OEM or quality aftermarket parts as described on your estimate.
- Customer-supplied parts are installed at your request. We don't warranty those parts, or labor caused by their failure or incorrect fitment.
Workmanship warranty
Our labor is warranted for 90 days or 1,000 miles, whichever comes first, against defects in workmanship. Parts carry the supplier's warranty. This warranty doesn't cover wear items used normally, damage from crashes, misuse, racing, or later modifications, or work done by others.
Pickup, storage, and liens
- We'll tell you when your bike is ready. Bikes not picked up within 5 business days of notice may incur a storage fee disclosed on your repair order.
- Under Florida law, we may hold a lien on the motorcycle for unpaid authorized charges.
Test rides
You authorize our technicians to test-ride your bike as needed for diagnosis and to verify repairs. Test rides are covered under our garage policy.
Complaints and dispute resolution
Contact support@mototechorlando.us or (407) 296-4183. We'll acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days, usually after inspecting the bike. If a dispute isn't resolved, either party may request non-binding mediation in Orange County with a mutually agreed mediator, with the mediator's fee shared equally, before filing a claim. Nothing here prevents you from contacting the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services (which registers motor vehicle repair shops) or filing in small claims court.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to a repair is limited to the amount paid for that repair, and we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost time or rental costs.
Website
The maintenance planner and website content are general information only and don't replace your manufacturer's service schedule or an inspection.
Governing law
These terms are governed by Florida law. Venue for any dispute is Orange County, Florida.
Changes
We may update these terms. Changes don't affect work already authorized.
