Refund Policy
Effective October 15, 2026
Labor is time spent on your bike, so our first response to a problem is to make the work right. This policy explains when refunds apply.
Comebacks (workmanship issues)
If something we repaired isn't right within the warranty period in our Terms of Service (90 days or 1,000 miles), bring the bike back. We'll inspect it and correct workmanship defects at no charge. If we can't correct the problem, we'll refund the labor for the affected repair.
Diagnostic time
Approved diagnostic time is earned when performed, even if you choose not to proceed with the repair. You'll receive notes on what we tested and found.
Parts deposits and special orders
- Stocked parts that haven't been installed can be returned within 30 days in original, unopened packaging for a full refund.
- Special-order parts may require a deposit. If you cancel, the deposit is refunded less any supplier restocking fee, which we'll disclose when you order. Electrical parts and opened fluids usually can't be returned to suppliers.
- Defective parts are handled under the supplier's warranty. We'll handle the claim, and labor for replacing a part that failed within our warranty period is covered.
Cancelled appointments
There's no charge to cancel or reschedule an appointment. If work has started, you pay only for the authorized labor already performed and any parts that can't be returned.
Billing errors
Tell us within 60 days of an invoice. Confirmed overcharges are refunded or credited within 10 business days.
How to request a refund
Email support@mototechorlando.us or call (407) 296-4183 with your name, invoice number, and the reason. We acknowledge within 1 business day and respond in writing within 10 business days. Approved refunds go to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
Disputes
If you disagree with our decision, see the dispute resolution section of our Terms of Service.
